Avaia is a mother-and-daughter event planning business built around something we've always shared: a love of organizing, hosting, creating and bringing the people we care about together.
For us, a celebration is about so much more than how it looks. It's about how it feels — the ease of a well-planned day, the warmth of a beautifully set table, and the joy of being fully present with the people around you.
We bring two perspectives to every event, and one shared promise: to listen closely, care for the details and treat your celebration as thoughtfully as we would our own. Based in Orlando, Florida, we're honored to help families and friends across Orlando and the surrounding areas celebrate life's meaningful moments.
